How to Install:

• Right Click & Run USBHelperInstaller.exe every bit Administrator
• Select WiiU USB Helper Version 0.six.i.655
• Allow for Download & Install

• Select Linguistic communication & Accept Terms
• Select Download Location

I've made this elementary, just download and extract the stable re-pack below, correct-click and run USBHelperLauncher.exe equally administrator, when Windows warns you lot nigh running the program; click More Info and Run Anyway, then when your firewall protection pops-upwards; add the exception to both your public and private network. If y'all would similar to make a desktop shortcut for easy access, right-click on the USBHelperLauncher.exe file again and Send to Desktop (Create Shortcut).

Just a fyi. I tried this version a few months back to see what it was downloading and the download included a RAT. I allow it run and effectually 2am I watched someone login and mess with my throwaway Windows install.

Looks like an issue with your internet protocol settings or anti-virus software. As with other title downloaders, WiiU USB Helper only downloads directly from the Nintendo eStore. That's why you accept to provide Tiks.

Can OP ostend this? If a RAT(Remote Administration Tool) is embedded to the packet, It can exist a security business organisation, particularly for those that don't pay attending to what is running in the groundwork on their computers.

That's a really weird reason to put a Remote Administration Tool in an app. In that location'southward a reason Microsoft Remote Assistance requires permission from the host and the agent past default in windows.

The app you download locally is a stub that fetches a remote binary that included a RAT. I had no idea information technology was actually put in there by the author equally I thought it could accept been a MITM thing, merely it was not squeamish of someone to start petty around with my WIndows install (I literally picket them browse around my system and look at settings using the mouse arrow). If you're going to employ this matter I suggest at least using a VM if not a totally isolated calculator that you lot will wipe afterwards. Of course, the main purpose of this app is to download copies of games from Nintendo and so maybe you get what y'all deserve by pirating. I suggest you avert it and buy your own games.

EDIT: I forgot the say information technology installed the RAT into Windows as I totally close down the plan, rebooted and waited. The program wasn't running at all when whomever logged into my Windows install.

I'm non quite sure nigh the solution on Reddit. I'm not developing this, however I found it helpful to others to take it all located in one location.

As the developer of USBHelperLauncher I can attest to there being no RAT embedded in Wii U USB Helper.

cant find both tik website, the ones i found won't piece of work, deleted all old installation folders in %appdata% hikari & usb helper; help ?

my bad, maybe a firewall problem.
